APPLICATIONS

All applications for the server are here. If you're looking to apply for our server or join a guild — all that information can be found here. We try to make information as straight forward as possible, but as humans — we miss things here and there. If there is anything that's not clear just ask the admin team!As a reminder, if you're new to the server — don't forget to let us know your name, age and pronouns in the newcomer channel. When setting up your tag for the server, we'll ask for your hex code and even a small quote you'd like next to your name. This is something fun our server does ! It can be something you identify with or something fancy. For example, we have some who make the quotes next to their names say: "Fire & Ice" / "Foxes Sin" / "Heart & Gold" — and of course, plenty of innuendos. It's just whatever you'd like.Go ahead and click anyone's name in the server to see, especially if you're looking for ideas ~!


GUILD APPLICATIONS

If you're looking to join a Guild, the application process is simple. You would post the following information in Adventurer's Guild and await Guild Girl to answer your response. Once she receives your application, she will notify the Guild Master to review. Once you've been pinged that you were approved we'll add you into the Guild. Sometimes this process can be as quick as a day approval to several days. We just ask for you to be patient while you await your response ~

When it comes to applying for your own original guild the process of approval is a little longer and can be more extensive. We want to make sure this Guild isn't mimicking something we already have — we don't want more of the same guilds. In order to even apply for a Guild you must be consistently active in our server for THREE MONTHS. If you're choosing to be a Guild Master, your activity is important for the survival of your Guild activity in the appropriate channels. Being able to see your own activity will matter.We want there to be a little bit of everything for different characters. Some may be based off their canon series, but all welcome all writers. Again, we're a multi-fandom. We don't want members to be excluding other writers because they're not from that series. If we see this, you'll be pulled aside.

CHARACTER APPLICATIONS

We require an application before we can let you further into the server. It's how we can assess your level of writing and execution of the character you are writing. After you've been accepted into the server, we no longer require additional applications for any additional characters. If you are planning to apply for an original character, we will always require an application for each. Just not a writing sample.If you only have an original character and you want to apply for a canon though, in that case, an application/sample will be required as we haven't seen you write a canon character yet; however, we don't like making our members write applications per character they want, but their biographies will always be required.


New Members:
Upon entering the server, you have 14 days to submit an application. If there is something going on where you need an extra few days, please communicate with us; however, we feel that 14 days is an adequate amount of time for you to submit your application and sample. We don't ask a lot for a sample — at least 2 solid paragraphs to gauge your writing.
If you haven't made contact with us
And, you're lingering in our new member section without speaking, you have 4 days to make your interest known before we remove you.
We do not have a observer role for new members. We have a community role, but we don't give just anyone access to it. Only in certain circumstances do we allow someone into the community role and that's only because they're long term members that may have had to step away from role-play for a period of time, but didn't want to leave the server in case they return to writing again.All applications must be submitted in a google doc. If this is something you can't do then please let an admin know.
